These Terms of Service constitute a legally binding agreement made between you, whether personally or on behalf of an entity ("you") and Velocity IT Solutions LLC ("we," "us" or "our"), concerning your access to and use of our website and services.
Velocity IT Solutions LLC provides on-site IT support, computer repair, network installation, and security system setup (the "Services"). We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time.
Payment is due upon completion of services unless otherwise agreed in writing. We accept major credit cards and cash. Late payments may be subject to additional fees.
We provide a 30-day warranty on all labor performed. Hardware warranties are provided by the manufacturer. Velocity IT Solutions LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses.
Appointments cancelled with less than 24 hours notice may be subject to a cancellation fee.
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. By continuing to access or use our Service after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms.
